ALL DOMAIN SALES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. DOMAIN NAME ONLY: Sale is for the purchase of a Domain Name only. No website is included.

2. DOMAIN NAME REGISTRAR: The Buyer may choose any Domain Name Registrar. Buyer is responsible for any transfer and/or registration fees. (At GoDaddy.com, where the domain is currently registered, the transfer fee is typically less than $19.00.) In order to continue to use the Domain Name, the Buyer must pay an annual fee to the Domain Name Registrar. If the annual fee is not paid, the Buyer could lose permanent use of the Domain Name.

3. TRANSFER INITIATION / CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP: Buyer must provide Seller with Buyer's name, full address, phone number, email address and domain registration account information in order to initiate the Change of Ownership with the Domain Name Registrar. The Change of Ownership will be initiated within 3 business days of payment and/or transfer information being received. (NOTE: Buyer may not transfer the domain again for 60 days. This is a standard rule established by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN).

4. PRICING: All Prices are in U.S. Dollars. Prices listed are accurate as of the "Domain List Last Updated" date listed at the top of this web page and are subject to change without notice.

5. PAYMENT: To protect the interests of both the Buyer and Seller, payment must be submitted through Escrow.com. Seller will pay the Escrow.com fee. (Escrow.com accepts wire transfers, major credit cards and PayPal as well as United States drawn money orders, personal, corporate and cashier's checks.)

6. SOLD AS IS: All domains are sold as is, and no guarantee or warranty regarding revenue potential, future website traffic, copyright or trademark infringements, or any other concerns is made.
